Samira Murphy was a stalwart for the Wilson women’s basketball team as it advanced to the conference semifinals two consecutive years and helping the Phoenix have their best season in over 20 years in 2022-23. She was a three-time All-CSAC selection after being named to the All-Sportsmanship Team, an honorable mention, and second team during her career. She was also the most recent member to join the 1,000 Point Club.
