Jill Ahlgren was a standout for the Wilson women's lacrosse program and rewrote the Phoenix record books entirely. She was an all-conference first team selection both seasons after transferring in and immediately became a defensive force where she led the entirety of the NCAA in all divisions and the NAIA with 4.24 turnovers per game, 72 overall, her junior season. She also led the CSAC and was third nationally with 107 ground balls, 6.29 per game. Her senior year she proved to be one of the best players all over the field again with 4.43 turnovers per game which was second nationally, and 5.5 ground balls per game which was seventh. In total she was a 10-time conference player of the week. She was just as influential on the offensive side where she scored 84 goals and 46 assists for 130 career points. Ahlgren has also been a tremendous field hockey player where she was a first team all-conference selection where she was among the nation's leaders with three penalty stroke goals and proved to always be a threat to score as she was sixth in the conference in both shots and shots on goal.
