Courtney is a two-time NEAC All-Conference selection (2011-12 second-team NEAC All-Conference
honors and 2013-14 second team NEAC All-Conference honors).

On October 17th 2013, Courtney became Wilson College’s all-time leading goal scorer surpassing Mary Miller's previous benchmark of 31. In her senior season, Courtney also became the programs all-time leader in career points with 75.
