(LATHAM, N.Y.) – The 2026 United East Women's Lacrosse Preseason Poll has been released, and Wilson has been picked tied for second in the four-team field. The Phoenix received one of the three available first place votes to lock even with Cedar Crest in the standings.
Four-time defending champion St. Mary's are the frontrunner and are once again picked to win the championship. Notre Dame was selected fourth.
The Phoenix are slated to open the season next Saturday against Albright. Non-conference games heavily line the schedule before the Blue and White starts league play on Saturday, March 28, against the Seahawks. Other league games include Saturday, April 4, at Notre Dame and Saturday, April 11, at home against Cedar Crest. The game against the Falcons will also be Senior Day.
Wilson will have a White Out Game on Saturday, March 7, against St. Vincent. The Morgan's Message Game will be on Saturday, April 18, against Elmira which also serves as the regular season finale.
