(LATHAM, N.Y.) – The 2026 United East Baseball Preseason Poll has been released and Wilson has been selected seventh in the 13-team field. The rankings were voted on by all of the head coaches for baseball in the conference.
Defending champion Keystone and Penn State Harrisburg tied for the top overall spot. The Giants received seven first place votes while the Lions picked up the other six. Penn State Abington came in third. Penn and St. Mary's round out the top five, respectively. Lancaster Bible was picked in the sixth spot.
Behind the Phoenix are Cairn, Penn State Brandywine, Penn State Berks, Notre Dame, Valley Forge, and Rosemont.
The Blue and White are schedule to open the season a week from Saturday in a home doubleheader against DelVal. The conference opener is scheduled to take place exactly one month later when Wilson hosts Cairn in a twin bill on Saturday, March 21.
The top 10 teams in the league will advance to the United East Championship tournament with the first round taking place on Tuesday, April 28. The second round will follow that Friday and Saturday with a best-of-three series championship taking place on Friday, May 8, through Sunday, May 10.
