(WEIRSDALE, Fla.) – An incredible season came to an end for the Wilson Equestrian Western team and
Julie Warnick (Fy., New Oxford, Pa.) as she competed in the IHSA semi-finals on Saturday. The competition was held at the Grand Oaks hosted by Zone 5, Area 50.
Warnick was competing for a spot at IHSA Nationals to be held in Lexington, Kentucky, the first week of May. She qualified after winning the reserve championship in open reining. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to place in the semi-finals drawing the season to a close.
There were eight regions represented. The top four individuals per division advanced to nationals.
