(CHAMBERSBURG, Pa.) – The projected forecast indicating rain on Saturday has influenced changes to both the softball and baseball schedules for Wilson College.
The Phoenix softball team was originally set to travel Dickinson for a doubleheader tomorrow. That has now officially been moved to Monday with the first pitch of Game 1 set for 5 p.m. in Carlisle. Sunday's doubleheader with Albright will still take place, but is now moved back an hour and will start at 2 p.m.
The baseball team opens up three-game series with Saint Elizabeth Friday at 3 p.m. on the road. The two teams were supposed to meet again Saturday, but that has been moved to Sunday with a first pitch set for 12 p.m. Game 1 will be a seven inning contest and Game 2 will be nine innings.
Sunday's baseball game between Wilson and Penn State Harrisburg has been postponed. A rescheduled date has not been made as of yet.
