How It Happened: Wilson got the scoring started right away with a jumper from junior

Yaya Cannon (Lancaster, Pa., Elizabethtown College). that put the Phoenix up by five, with just over two minutes left in the quarter. Clarks Summit came back and tied the game up at 16 going into the second quarter. After
Murphy got the scoring started with a layup, the Defenders responded with a three that put them up by one point. Shortly after, Wilson took a one-point lead off a jumper from
Smida that gave the Phoenix a 26-25 advantage. This sparked a 13-4 run from Clarks Summit that flipped the scoreboard as Wilson walked into halftime trailing 38-30.
In the second half, the Defenders struck first with a shot from deep that extended their lead by 11 points. The Phoenix tried to string together a few runs in the quarter but could not find any rhythm as Clarks Summit ballooned their lead to 15 points by the end of the third quarter, 54-39. Wilson continued to fight in the fourth quarter, but the deficit proved to be too large as they dropped this game by a final score of 74-48.
