(CHAMBERSBURG, Pa.) – Deah Menedis (So., Reisterstown, Md. / Franklin) put down a match-best nine kills, but it wasn't enough as Wilson fell to Cedar Crest in three sets to open up Homecoming weekend.

How It Happened
- Menedis opened up the match with one of her nine kills, but Cedar Crest answered with the next three points to take the lead for good. Another Menedis kill put the score at 5-4 before the Falcons went on 8-0 run en route to the 1-0 lead.
- The momentum stayed with the Falcons as they opened up a 10-1 lead and stayed in control for the second set. The third set was similar with Cedar Crest jumping out to a 10-3 lead and used a 9-0 run to take the sweep.
Inside The Numbers
- Defensively Allyson Garcelon (Fy., Shrewsbury, Pa. / Susquehannock) led the team. She picked up nine digs and also made two blocks on the evening. She also set up the attack along with Jenna Dixon (Fy., California, Pa. / California) with six and seven assists, respectively.
