CHAMBERSBURG, Pa- The Wilson College Phoenix battled against conference foe Clarks Summit University in a Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) matchup earlier this evening. The Phoenix (4-4, 2-0 CSAC) spread the wealth in tonight's game against the Defenders (3-9, 1-2 CSAC) with 13 different players scoring to secure the win 97-44.
How It Happened: The Phoenix started the game by winning the jump ball and had a quick pass, catching the Defenders off guard to earn a quick layup to earn the first basket of the game. Wilson had hot hands to start the game, draining three consecutive three-pointers by three different Phoenix in two minutes of play. In the first half, the Phoenix scored 50% of their threes and 62% from the floor to push the score to52-18. In the second half, the Defenders did their best to defend the Phoenix offense, but Wilson continued to score. Junior
Kennedy Birdwell (Temple Hills, MD., Fairmont Heights) subbed into the game with nine minutes left in the game and started scoring immediately, earning himself three three-pointers within 30 seconds. The Phoenix finished the game with a 97-44 victory over the Defenders

Adrian Thomas (Germantown, MD., Northwest HS) secured eight rebounds to help the Phoenix secure the win.
