Paul Flohr was hired as the head coach of the women's lacrosse team in November 2024. Flohr made the jump to the collegiate level after an extensive career coaching locally at the high school and club levels.

"I want to thank athletic director Tina Hill and President Wes Fugate for the opportunity to coach and build the program at this wonderful institution," said Flohr. "I'm looking forward to fostering strong relationships with our student-athletes and growing this program to be a consistent contender for a conference championship in the United East. The time is now to get to work."

"We're excited to have Coach Flohr join the Wilson community as our women's lacrosse head coach. He brings with him a wealth of experience and passion for the sport that will serve our program well," added Hill.

Most recently Flohr has been an assistant at Chambersburg High School since 2021 where founded the girls lacrosse team. He has coached 16 all-conference selections, one of which was a US Lacrosse All-American, with six that have gone on to play NCAA lacrosse including one that went to play in the Ivy League at Princeton.

Prior to coaching the girls team, he coached the boys' team for 16 seasons. He was named Coach of the Year in 2008 and had 55 players earn all-conference honors. Seven players went on to be named US Lacrosse All-Americans, and 31 went on to play collegiately at the NCAA level.

Flohr has also worked numerous club teams and camps championing and promoting youth girls lacrosse in the region. He also works for the Borough of Chambersburg as the Health, Safety, Wellness & Risk Management Programs Administrator.
