(SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, Pa.) – The Wilson men's volleyball team won its fifth consecutive match to open the season, giving the Phoenix their best start in program history. The victory came against Penn State Schuylkill in straight sets on the road.
The previous record belonged to the 2018 squad that started 4-0. That year the Phoenix defeated Wilkes, Misericordia, Bard, and Keuka to open the year.

- Ryan Koontz (Sr., York Haven, Pa. / Red Land) led the attack with eight kills. He added three aces and five digs.
- Wes Reall Jr. (FY, Carlisle, Pa. / Big Spring) added five digs to help pace the team defensively.
- Peter Marston (FY, Grand Island, N.Y.) did well up front with three blocks.
