- Three more runs followed in the fourth as Juniata nickel and dimed the scores with four base hits and a stolen base.

How It Happened (Game 2)
- The Phoenix had some more success in the nightcap and opened the scoring in the first inning. After Klarissa Miley (Fy., Spring Run, Pa. / Fannett Metal) led off with a walk and moved over on a sacrifice bunt, Haiden Brookens (Jr., Fayetteville, Pa. / Chambersburg Magnet) was able to bring her home on a base hit to right.
- Juniata answered with three runs in the second and another in the third, but the Blue and White responded with three in the fourth to tie the game. After Alyssa Wenger (Jr., Chambersburg, Pa. / Chambersburg) and Kaesey Greene (Sr., Taneytown, Md. / Francis Scott Key) reached on base hits, Miley followed up with a base hit of her own to score Green. After a pitching change, Riley Henry (So., Carlisle, Pa. / Carlisle) hit in Wenger on a ground out. Madison Knerr (Fy., Gettysburg, Pa. / Gettysburg) then hit in Miley on a base hit to center.
- Unfortunately the Eagles were able to come back and plate another two runs in the top of the fifth on four hits and two errors. The Phoenix were able to get the potential winning run up to the plate in the seventh, but left two runners stranded as Juniata completed the sweep.
