The Wilson College Athletics Department is pleased to announce the “Athlete of the Week." Junior Alison Shockey (Greencastle, Pa., Greencastle-Antrim) was chosen as the Athlete of the Week for her outstanding performance in last week's softball contests.

Shockey had a big week at the plate for the Phoenix. She hit .476 with 4 RBIs, 5 runs scored, 3 stolen bases and launched a home run against Mary Baldwin, a game in which she was 2 for 4 at the plate with 3 RBIs. She is currently batting .400 on the season with 8 RBIs and a slugging percentage of .545.
