The Wilson College Athletics Department is pleased to announce the “Athlete of the Week.”  Freshman Jordyn Day (Richmond, Va, Varina) was chosen as the Athlete of the Week for her outstanding performance on the basketball court.
 
Day has led the Phoenix offense with an average of 17 points per game over the last three games, including a team high 19 points and 7 assists versus SUNY Cobleskill. Day was also excellent from the free throw line knocking down 15 of 16 attempts for a 94% free throw percentage.
