Tina Hill was named the director of athletics for Wilson College in April of 2020 by President Wesley R. Fugate. Hill brought with her more than 29 years of experience in NCAA Division III intercollegiate athletics administration.
She previously served as the executive director of intercollegiate athletics at Virginia Wesleyan University in Virginia Beach before making her way to Chambersburg. Additionally, Hill served as the director of athletics at Randolph College in Lynchburg, Va., from 2008 to 2018 and in the same position at Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa, from 2002 to 2007.
In the position, Hill is responsible for supervising Wilson’s 13 sports which include 11 which compete within the United East Conference and NCAA Division III, and two equestrian teams. She also oversees facilities management, compliance, fiscal management, communications, recreation, sports medicine, and performs other related duties.
Since her arrival, Wilson College has won multiple awards including conference championships and multiple President’s Cups. In 2021-22, the Phoenix had a clean sweep winning the overall, women’s, and men’s President’s Cups for the first time in history. In 2022-23, Wilson repeated as the overall and women’s President’s Cup winners.
Hill has a bachelor's degree in physical education from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and a master's degree in sport management from the University of Richmond,
