Paul Flohr was hired as the head coach of the women's lacrosse team in November 2024. In his first season, the Phoenix finished second in conference with a 3-1 record, losing in the semis of the United East Championship by one goal. Coach Flohr and his staff mentored five All-United East selections in 2025 and two players of the week selections.
Prior to coming to Wilson, Coach Flohr coached at the high school and club levels for both boys and girls since 2005 with over 11 USA Lacrosse All-American selections, over 70 All-Conference selections, one coach of the year , and one player of the year. He has coached numerous players to college rosters and all three levels of NCAA lacrosse for both men’s and women’s at various positions. He has also coached and ran camps since 2000, working at goalie schools and instructional camps throughout the country. Coach Flohr has coached numerous club teams winning several tournaments and promoting youth girls’ lacrosse in the region.
Flohr played four years of college lacrosse at Marymount University and Cabrini College, serving as a team captain in 2000 and earning various awards including the Senior Athlete Award.
Flohr is originally from Baltimore, Md., where he graduated from the Boys’ Latin School of Maryland after playing both lacrosse and football.
Flohr is a married to Tina, and together they have three daughters: Ridglee (Kean University Lacrosse), Tillee (Wilson College), and Daphnee along with two amazing dogs. Coach Flohr works full-time for the Borough of Chambersburg as the Health, Safety & Risk Management Administrator and he is appointed by the Governor as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the Borough.
