Nik Rosenberry started working at Wilson College in August 2018 as the strength and conditioning head coach. Rosenberry administers, coordinates, develops, implements and teaches strength and conditioning program for all Phoenix student-athletes. He assists with workouts, testing, conditioning, speed and agility training both in-season and offseason. He is also is an adjunct professor at Shippensburg University where he teaches students how to preform and coach Olympic lifts as well as how to apply speed, power and agility training techniques to enhance the performance of athletes, while decreasing their risk of developing injury.
Prior to Wilson College, Rosenberry was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Shippensburg University from 2015-2017. While there, he was responsible for the management, direction, and oversight of the Strength and Conditioning Program for the university’s Athletics Department.
Rosenberry received his bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University where he majored in exercise science and a minor in coaching before attending California University of Pennsylvania, where he obtained his master’s degree in exercise science with a focus in rehabilitation.
He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NCCA), a certified corrective exercise specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a certified sports performance coach through USA Weightlifting (USAW), and a certified level II speed specialist (CSS-L2) by the National Association of Speed and Explosion (NASE).
