The Wilson College Athletics Department is pleased to announce the “Athlete of the Week." Freshman Ian Firestone (York, Pa., York Suburban) was chosen as the Athlete of the Week for his outstanding performance on the volleyball court.

Firestone is having an excellent season for the Phoenix men's volleyball team. He sets his teammates up for success by dishing out assists at a very high rate. He leads the team with 526 assists out of 581 assists total for the team. Twice this season he has had over 40 assists in a match with a career high 45 against Alvernia and 42 versus PSU Behrend. Firestone also ranks 3rd on the team with 96 digs.
