The Wilson College Athletics Department is pleased to announce the “Athlete of the Week." Kayla Sullenberger (Mechanicsburg, Pa. , Cumberland Valley ) was chosen as the Athlete of the Week for her outstanding performance on the softball field.

Sullenberger has been on fire at the plate over the last 8 games hitting a blistering .565 as she has gone 13-23 at the plate including 2 doubles, a triple, and a homerun. She has also scored 6 runs and collected 5 RBI during that stretch. Sullenberger has also notched 3 wins in the circle.

On the season, Sullenberger leads the Phoenix in batting average (.444), slugging percentage (.722), hits (40), RBI (29), and home runs (5). She also leads the pitching staff with 8 wins on the season.
